These terms apply to the free ConvertHop website operated under the name ConvertHop.

Using the service

The tools are provided free of charge and may change or become unavailable. You are responsible for the local files you choose and must not use the service unlawfully or process material you do not have permission to use.

Files and ownership

We claim no ownership over your images. Supported tools process files locally, and you control downloaded results.

Technical limitations

Formats, browser memory, device performance and source-file condition can affect results. Metadata preservation is not guaranteed; lossy conversion may change detail or color; resizing cannot recover missing detail; and exact size targets are not always achievable.

Editorial information

Guides provide general educational information, not professional legal, medical, archival, printing, accessibility, or security advice. Requirements imposed by another service can change, so confirm them with that destination.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” without guarantees of availability, compatibility or fitness for a particular purpose. Keep original files and verify important outputs before relying on them.
