What to include

For a tool problem, include the page URL, browser and operating system, visible error text, and non-sensitive file properties such as format and approximate size. Do not send an original private file unless we explicitly agree on a safe test case.

Editorial and privacy questions

Use the same address to report an unclear guide, suggest a correction, or ask about privacy and file handling. ConvertHop does not currently provide live chat or a contact form, so there is no form that silently fails or stores a submission.
