Privacy policy

Image processing
All currently listed image and PDF tools process file contents locally in your browser. Image contents, filenames, previews and generated files are not uploaded to a ConvertHop conversion server. Files remain in browser memory for the current page session unless you download them.
Browser storage
Session storage remembers whether the optional support card has appeared during the current browser session. It stores a simple display flag—not a file, filename, identifier, or result—and ends with the session.
Technical logs
Our hosting provider may process standard technical logs such as IP address, requested URL, timestamp, browser information and security events to operate and protect the service. This is different from receiving the contents of your images.
Analytics and advertising
Analytics and advertising are currently disabled. Google AdSense ownership metadata and an authorized ads.txt entry are present, but they do not load ads or analytics. If either service is enabled later, this policy and consent controls will be updated first. Image contents, filenames, thumbnails, EXIF data, GPS information and converted files must never be sent to analytics or advertising systems.
Your responsibilities
Only process files you own or have permission to use. Avoid processing unlawfully obtained content.
Privacy choices
Ads and analytics are disabled, so there is currently no advertising consent preference to change here. You can clear this site’s browser storage to remove the support-card display flag. Downloaded files are outside the website’s control; delete them through your device’s file manager if you no longer want them.
Email and optional external links
If you contact us, the message and address you send are available to the recipient and email providers. Do not include private images or unnecessary personal information. Opening the optional Ko-fi support link leaves ConvertHop and contacts Ko-fi, whose own privacy and storage practices apply. The link is not an embedded payment widget and never receives your selected images from these tools. For cookie and session-storage details, see the cookie policy.
